View Avenue; THENCE RUNNING Easterly along the Northerly side of Sound View
Avenue to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Together with all right, title and interest of the grantor, if any, of, in and
to land under water in Long Island Sound in front of and adjacent to said premises.
