with the southerly line of aaterview Drive as it turns to
the Creek,
and running thence along the westerly side of Waterview ffiive

of Weiss,

Vest 249 feet to Goose Creek,
running thence along Goose Creek on a tie line bearing

is situated the following two courses and distances from the
corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Water-
view Drive and the -southerly side of Vlaterview Drive as it turns
to the creek;

Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in Vlaterview Drive adjoining said premises on the

to the center line thereof.
Being and intended to be a part of the premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Eastern Suffolk Realty Inc by deed
