BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Lucy Taylor
w and Ella Taylor by deed dated the 3rd day of June, 1946 to Robert W.
;? Gastmeyer and Rose N. Gastmeyer, his wife, and recorded in the Suffolk
.m County Clerk's Office on 6-11-1946 in Liber 2575'at page 546.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed
dated 6-3-46 and recorded 6-11-46 in Liber 2575 at page 546, and
Rose N. Gastmeyer, one of the grantors herein, has been known by
no other name for the ten years last past.
A purchase money mortgage made by Henry C. Miller and Helen Miller,
his wife, to the grantors herein in the amount of $13,500.00 as part
consideration for the purchase of the above-described premises, is
intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
The aforesaid premises being the same premises as shown oa survey
by Van Tuyl & Sona Licensed land surveyora2 dated Got. 182 19662
attached hereto end made a pert hereof.
