BEING the same property conveyed to the parties hereto by deed
to them from Russell 1d. Smith and Wilhelmina C. Smith, his wife, dated
Jan. 15, 1966, recorded Jan.2111966 in Liber 5898 of Deeds page 461 ,
and •which deed recited deed from Frank Biel and Frances Biel, his wife
dated Nov.14,1953, recorded ?ov.19,1953, in Liber 3614 Deeds page 121.
