BEGINNING at a monument set in the Easterly side of Town Harbor Lane,
distant 500.02 feet southerly from the intersection of the Easterly
side of Town Harbor Lane with the southerly side of land of Thompson,
said point of beginning also being at the corner formed by the inter—
section of the easterly side of Town Harbor Lane with the southerly
side of a private road known as Daly Lane; running thence North 55
degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds East along the Southerly side of
Daly Lane 125.00 feet; thence South 33 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds
East, 100.00 feet; thence south 55 degrees 33 minutes 50 seconds
West 125.00 feet to the Easterly side of Town Harbor Lane; thence
North 33 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds West along the Easterly side
of Town Harbor Lane 100.00 feet to the point, or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to the following restrictions:
1. That only one single family dwelling house for private residential
purposea and a private garage for family use, shall be built upon the
lot as aforesaid described. Trailers, tents or camping shall not be.
permitted. Occupancy of any such dwelling house shall not be permitted
until the outside walls and roof shall be fully and completely finished.
2.. That no building, structure or structures on, above or belowthe
surface of the land, other than public utility pipes or lines shall be
erected, constructed or maintained, which shall be in violation of the
zoning regulations approved and adopted by the appropriate agencies,
authorized to issue such regulations.
3. That no building, structure or structures shall be erected, con—
structed or maintained at a, height in excess of two stories, and that
all roofs shall be of the hip, gable or pitch roof.type construction. )
Buildings shall be_erected on closed foundations or concrete or con—
crete -blocks... No building on postsshall be permitted. No flat roofs
or lean to roofs shall be permitted.
