-Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Grace R. Nickles
to Leon H. Standloy and Dorothy A. Standley by deed dated October 14,
1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 14,
a 1953 in Liber 3595 of Deeds at page 164 together with all the rights
and privileges therein contained and subject to the covenants and ro-
strictions therein set forth, and said promises being the same promises R
thereafter conveyed by Leon H. Standloy and Dorothy A. Standley to
