parties of the first part and land of the parties of the second part at
the southwesterly corner of said land of the parties of the second part,
being Lot 1 as shown on "Map of Acres of Diamonds" filed in the Suffolk
County.Clerk's Office asMapNo. 1128; from said point of beginning run-
ning through said land of the parties of the first part, North 25 degrees
55 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 195.77 foot to the northwest-
erly corner of said land of the parties of the second part being the north=
westerly corner of said Lot 1; thence along said land of the parties of
the second part being along said Lot 1, two courses:

feet to an iron pipe; and thence
