Knapp ra din at Southold, er e last will and testament of the said Grace E. Knape, York, party of the firstg part, and John J. McCarrick aad Mary E. McCarrick, his wife, both residing at Six Dartmouth Place, Merrick, New York, parties of the second part: WITNESSETH: that he party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority to him given in and by said last will and testament, and in consideration of the sum fourteen thousand five hundred ($14,500) and no/100, lawful money of the United States, paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Osseo Avenue where the southerly line of land of DePhillips intersects said easterly line of Osseo Avenue, said point being distant 42 feet, more or less, from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Owaissa Avenue and the easterly side of Osseo Aveme; running thence along said land of DePhillips, north 49"54'10" east, 118.90 feet to land of Nelson;thence along said land of Nelson and along land of Boedecker and land of Birch, south 47012'40" east, 99.45 feet;thence along land of Birch, south 60"55'40" west, 129.47 feet to the easterly side of Osseo Avenue;thence along the easterly side of Osseo Avenue, the following two courses to the point or place of beginning: 1) north 28041' west, 33.20 feet; (2) north 54°34' west, 42.75 feet. TOGETHER with all the right, title, and intrest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in, and to the land in the bed of the street in front of and adjoining said 1 premises to the center line thereof. TOGETHER with all rights to the use of the roadways and beaches above high water, and rights for creek and bay bottom, if any. ! Knapp, both deceased, by deed datedWrch 12, 1940, recorded _j1 March 23, 1940, in the Suffolk county clerk's office, liber 2091 of conveyances, page 552.
