SUBJECT to the following restrictions: 1. That no building, structure or structures shall be erected, con- structed or maintained at a height in excess of two stories, and that all roofs shall be of the hip, gable or pitch roof type construction. Buildings shall be erected on closed foundations or concrete or con- crete blocks. No building on posts shall be permitted.. No flat roofs or lean to roofs shall be permitted.
