at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Middle Road,
582.35 feet westerly along said southerly line from the westerly and
of a curve connecting said southerly line with the westerly line of
Railroad Avenue (now Youngs Avenue), said point of beginning being

ginning running along, said land of Abrams, South 9 degrees 37 minutes
50 seconds East 338.91 feet to a monument;
thence along land of Charnews two courses:

2) North 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West 338.91 feet to said

Being and intended to be part of premises conveyed to John Charnews
and Julia Charnews, his wife, (now deceased) party of the first part
herein by deed from Edward A. Grattan, Joseph S. Grattan, Mary A.
Grattan and Catherine R. Grattan, dated October 27, 1942 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 281 19420 in Liber
2210 cp 279.
