lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, Canty of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number Sixteen (16)
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section One, Fairview Perk, at
Southold, Now York, dated July 12, 196111 filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk-s Office as and by Map No. 3388 on August 9, 1961.
Being and intended to be a part of the promises conveyed by Southold
Development Corporation to William B. Smith by deed dated Janus ryy 21,
1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Maroh 4, 1964

SUBJECT to a mortgage hold by The North Fork Bank and Trust Company
(Libor 4932 mp 272) now reduced to $3,000.00, the payment of the unpaid
balance of which mortgage is hereby assumed by the parties of the second
part.

TOGETHER with all rights,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
reads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted untothe partyof the,second part,the heirs or
somessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
The parties of the second part have executed stud acknowledged this
deed for the sole purpose of evidencing their assumption of the
aforesaid mortgage as so reduced to 43,000.00 (Liber 4932 mp 272).
