does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, allthat land for the use of the Property
owners situated at Laughing Water, near Southold, in Southold Town, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
Meadow land and uplands starting at a point and place of beginning found by the
intersection(a corner)of the Northerly line of Nokomis Road and the Easterly line of
Minnehaha Boulevard, thence Easterly by and along property of John Tenet 36.0-
feet to the property of the Catholic Cemetery, thence South 6028' East 136- feet to
a point, thence South 88043' East 155.3 feet to a point, thence along a line a 900to the
last mentioned course 140- feet to the center line of original gutter which is the
Northerly boundary of Laughing Water property, thence along the center line of same to
the Waters of Corey Creek thence along Corey Creek to the new channel thence along
the new channel about 660-feet including the land under the new channel, to
Minaehaha Boulevard, thence by and along the Easterly line of Minnehaha Boulevard to
the point and place of beginning.
