formerly of Mary L. Dayton and Westerly partly by land formerly of
Edwin H. Brown and partly by land formerly of Mary L. Dayton, ex-
cepting so much aslieswithin the bouada of the highway known as
North Bayview Road.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles H.
Overton, Mary E. Harrison, Esther 1�_ Horton and Horatio S. Williamson,
four of the heirs at law of Joshua A. Overton, deceased, to Robert G.
Overton by deed dated March 21, 1922, .and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on October 6, 19229 in Liber 10$1 of deeds at
page 477, and the same premises thereafter conveyed by Robert G.Overton, __
widower, to Alexander Komskis and Anna B. KomskisI his wife, by deed
dated June 30, 1938s and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office =
on July 19, 1938s in Liber 1961 of deeds at page 308.
