as tenants by the entirety, both residing at Southold, Suffolk
County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

by the party of the second part,docs hereby grant and release into the party of the second part,the heirs or

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and

State of Tlew York, and more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEUINITING at a point on the northerly boundary line of land
of the party of the first part adjoining the southerly end of Willow
Pond Lane, 50.01 feet easterly along said boundary line from the

from said noint of beginning running along, said southerly end of
Willow Pond Lane and along land of Southold Development Corporation,
three courses:
(1) S. 7ho 571 30" E. - 12.56 feet; thence
(2) S. 7060 471 40" E. - 172.43 feet; thence
(3) S. 630 151 40" E.- 15.14 feet; thence along land of the
party of the first part, three courses:
(1) S. 130 51, 10" W. - 203.57 feet; thence
(2) N. 760 081 50" If. - 200.0 feet; thence
(3) N. 130 511 1011 E. - 200.0 feet to the point df beginning.
Containing 0.922 of sn acre.
TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet in width along the westerly
line of the premises from the southerly end of Willow Pond Lane and
running southerly along said premises for a distance of 100 feet.
In the event that a public highway shall have been laid out ad-
joining said premises then and in that event this right of way shall
cease and terminate.
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS:
1. That no building, structure or structures on, above or below
the surface, other than public utility pipes or lines, shall be
erected, constructed or maintained within forty (40) feet of the
southerly or westerly sides of the above described premises.
