Edward A. Grattan, Joseph S. Grattan, Mary A. Grattan and Catherine
R. Grattan to John Charnows and Julia Charnews, his wife, by Deed
dated October 27, 1942 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 28, 1942 in Libor 2210 of Deeds at page 279, the
said Julia Charnows having died on July 28th, 1962 , survived by
her husband, John Charnows, the grantor herein.
