The conveyance hereunder is subject to a mortgage executed by Barbara 0. Bu-
brul as mortgagor to Eastern Federel Savings &Lco�l Association as mortgagee, dated
August 16, 1965 end recorded August 18, 1965 in Suf[olk County Clerk's Office in
liber 4731 at page 320, and on which mortgage there s now owing the am of �
