ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town and Village of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the Westerly side of the rodd
car highway leading from the Lower Road to the North Road and known as Bowery
Lane and the Southerly boundary line of the lands of the party of the Second
part, obtained by grant of party of the First part by deed executed March 12,
1940; and thence running in a general Westerly or SoutI westerly direction along
the lands of the party of the second part, aforesaid, a distance of Ebeek-one
hundred (1001) feet; thence in a general Southrly direction along other lands
of the party of the first part, a distance of fifty (501), feet; thence in a
general Easterly or Northeasterly direction along other lnads of the party of
the first part to the Westerly side of Bowery Iane,.a distance of one hundred
(1001) filet; thence in a general Northerly or Northweeterly direction along
the Westerly side of Bowery Lane, a distance of fifty (5G;) feet to the place
of beginning.
Being and intended to be a plot of land fifty (501) feet wide and whose sides
are one hundred (1001) feet deep.
TOGETHER WTIH all right title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to Bovery Lane adjacent thereto.
And said premises are at present subject to the lien of a mortgage held
by the ➢RYikof Southold.
