right of way, said monument being N. 19' 30' 50" E. a distance of 50,32
feet northerly as measured along the easterly line of Paradise Point Road
from a concrete monument set on the northerly line of the property of Bruce;
from said point of beginning, running thence along the easterly line of Para-
dise Point Road, N. Igo 30' 50" E. a distance of 244.02 feet to a concrete
monument set on the southerly line of other land of the parties of the first
part; thence easterly and northerly along the southerly and easterly lines of ;
the land of the parties of the first part the following three (3) courses and 1
distances: (1) S. 66",13' 00" E. 422.65 feet to a concrete monument; (2) N.
37o 24' 50" E. 165.70 feet to a concrete monument; (3) N. 21° 49' 30" E,
118.54 feet to a concrete monument set on the southerly line of a private
road known as Robinson Road; thence easterly along the southerly line of
Robinson Road S. 66° 13' 00" E. a distance of 50.03 feet to a concrete
monument and the westerly line of other land of the parties of the first
part; thence southerly along the westerly line of the land of the parties of
the first part the following two (2) courses and distances: (1) S. 210 49'
30" W. 123.67 feet to a concrete monument; (2) S. 37° 24' 50" W. 210.37 feet
to a concrete monument set on the westerly side of a private right of way;
thence southerly along the westerly line of said private right of way S. 490
39' 40" W. a distance of 135.76 feet to a concrete monument; thence along
IIIthe northerly line of said private right of way N. 76° 54' 20" W. a distance
of 391.69 feet to a concrete monument and the point or place of beginning.
