THIS INDENTURE,made the-ff'.-y_day of September .nineteen hundred and sixty-seven, BETWEEN Joseph J. Aveta, residing at Southold, New York, also known as Joseph John Aveta, T party of the first part,and Henry F. Kelly and Nell P. Kelly, his wife, both residing at 65 Princeton Street, Roslyn Heights, New York, party of the serond part, WITNESSETH.that the party of the first part,in consideration of the sum of one &no/100 ($1.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the serond part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the serond part forever, Parcel I: ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as lot 19 and part of lot 20 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property Owned by Nathan Goldin,"and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 22, 1932, as map 1106, more particularly .p bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Goldin Lane, distant 175 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of t Goldin Lane with the southerly side of Soundview Avenue; running thence along the westerly side of Goldin Lane south 21°57'10"east, 75 feet to the c division line between lots 18 and 19 on said map; running thence along said y, division line, south 68°02'50"west, 86.32 feet to land now or formerly of Levin; ® running thence along said land, north 25°43140"west, 75.17 feet; running thence north 68°02 50" east, 91.27 feet to the westerly side of Goldin Avenue, at the point or place of beginning. Bauer, BEING and intended to be part of-the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by Lao N. Goldin dated June 18, 1952; recorded -� June 25,;1952, in liber 3370 of conveyances, page 413,-in the said county clerk's office.
