- BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the northeasterly corner of the
ipremises herein conveyed and being the northwesterly corner of the
premises conveyed or about to be conveyed to Helen K. Goldin and which
point of beginning is distant from the northwesterly corner of the
premises of Richard J.Hasey and wife the following two courses:
(1) South 68 degrees 23 minutes East 76.62 feet;
(2) South 53 degrees 49 minutes East 110.06 feet; thence running from
said point of beginning along said land conveyed or about to be con-
veyed to Helen K. Goldin South 25 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West
99.02 feet to a stake and the ordinary hitfh water mark of Corey Creek;
thence northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of Corey
Creek 75 feet, more or less, to a stake which is North 69 degrees 08
minutes West 75.0 feet from the last described point; thence along
other land of Gertrude K. Bunce, Helen K. Goldin, Alexander W. Koke
and Frederick C. Koke 2 courses as follows:
(1) North 24 degrees 58 minutes East 100.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence
(2) South 68 degrees 23 minutes East 75.0 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30,0 feet in width, the northwesterly
line of which is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Main Bayview
Road, 30.0 feet northwesterly along said southwesterly line from a
concrete monument set on said line at the northwesterly corner of land
heretofore conveyed by Gertrude K. Bunce, Helen K. Goldin, Alexander W.
Koke and Frederick C. Koke to Sophie Anderson; running thence South 25
degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 695,22 feet; thence South 37 degrees
04 minutes 50 seconds West 199.70 feet to the ordinary high water mark
of Corey Creek as of September 15, 1951. The southeasterly line of
said 30.0 foot right of Way is parallel with and 30.0 feet southeasterly .
from the above described northwesterly line, measured at right angles
thereto.
ALSO, TOGETHER with a right of. way 30 feet, more or less, in width,
running from the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described
and leading into the 30.0 foot right of way herein first described
leading to North Bayview Road;and to Corey Creek.
