Brown at Bay View, Southold, New York", and made by Franklin T. Overton, Peconic, New York, Said premises being also designated as Lot 105, on Map of Cedar Beach Park, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1927, as Map No. 90. This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage made by the party of the first part, as mortgagor, to Southold Savings Bank of Southold, New York, as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated the 22nd day of June, 1966 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 23rd day of June, 1966, and on which mortgage there is now due a sum less than $22,000.00 and the grantee . hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as a part of the consideration of this conveyance.
