MAIN, his wife, residing at 5 Beachway, Fort Washington, Nassau County, N.Y, party of the first part,and WILLIAM J. JAGMS and FRANCES D. Together with a right of way 50 feet wide over "Ed's Road" from the southeasterly corner of the premises westerly to a proposed highway to be known as "Victoria Road" and thence southerly over said "Victoria Road" to Main Bayview Road Also with a right of way 50 feet wide over "Summit Road" from the northwesterly corner of the premises southerly to said "Ed's Road". TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a strip of land 50 feet in width as are easement to Corey Creek, said strip of land being bounded on the easterly by land of Edson andon the westerly by land of Toedter and Dickinson SOBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS: 1.
