C. H. Bailey", D. R. Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y., and filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 15, 1930 as Map No. 654•
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record and subject to the
right to dedicate any and all roads as laid out on said Map to the
Town of Southold as public highways.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
pads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
