Being and intended to be a part or portion of the same premises described in deed dated May 27, 1954 made by Leila Thorne Stephens formerly Leila Landon Thorne Luscumb to Martha A. Thorne recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office July 28, 1954 in Liber3732 page 323, which said premises was formerly the property of Adelaide L. Thorne who died April 12, 1953 a resident of Kings County, having left a will which devised the said premises to her three daughters, Eleanor, Horton Thorne, Martha Adams Thorne and Leila Landon Thorne Luscumb in equal shares. Said Eleanor Horton Thorne died on November 23, 1953.... a resident of Garden City, Nassau County, State of New York, leaving a Last Will under which all of her right, title and interest in and to the above premises was given to her sister Martha Adams Thorne, incluj ing the property which was conveyed to said Eleanor Horton Thorne by her mother Adelaide L. Thorne by deed dated January 15, 1918 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office December 22, 1953 in Liber 3630 page 109. All of which property has passed to said Martha Adams Thorne by deed and devise as hereinabove set forth.
