of George Berkoski; thence along said land of George Berkoski,
five courses, as follows:

beginning. Containing Six and Fifteen Hundredths (6.15) acres, more
or less. Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor by deed
dated January 21, 1948, recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County January 27, 1948, in liber 2795 of conveyances page
192, and correction deed dated July 26, 1967, recorded July 28, 1967
in liber 6193 cp 150. This deed is given for the sole purpose of
correcting the description contained in a deed dated May 24, 1967
from the grantor herein to the grantee herein and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 29, 1967, in liber
6158 cg 364.
