ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Calves Nook Read (which
point was formerly the southerly line of a certain 16-1/2 foot right of
way) (which point is North 88 degrees 00 minutes Fast a distance of
135.00 foot from the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by L. Barron
Hill and Adelaide H. Hill, his wife, to Frank C. Hendrickson and wife by
deed dated October 189 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 4204 of Deeds at page 456); running thence South 7 do-
gross 59 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 247.37 feet to ordinary
high water line of Jockey Creek; running thence westerly along said
ordinary high water line of Jockey Creek a distance of 190 feet; running
thence along land formerly of L. Barron Hill and wife and now of Lee,
North 4 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds Fast a distance of 275.01 feet to
the southerly line of Calves Nook Road; running thence along the south-
orly line of Calves Nook Road, South 79 degrees 00 minutes East a dis-
tance of 135.00 foot to the point or place of beginning, according to
Survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son dated August 13, 1957.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if Buys of the
parties of the first part in and to Jockey Crook in front of and abuttin.
said promises.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by L. Barron Hill
and Adelaide HHill, his wife, to Bernard J. Pelgrim, Jr, and Alice H.
Polgrim, his wife, the grantors herein, by deed dated September 21, 1957
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 18, 1957
in Liber 4379 of Deeds at page 135, together with all the rights and
privileges therein contained and subject to the reservations, covenants
and restrictions therein sot forth.
