WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the patty of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, the Town of Southold, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings aPipr movements thereon erected,situate, } lying and beingk,,kk at Bay View, near SoutholdY County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a proposed highway to be known as Ed's Road," 80 feet westerly along said northerly line from the intersection of said northerly line with the westerly line of a proposed highway to known as "Summit Drive," said nor- therly line of "Ed's Road" being parallel with and 382 feet northerly from the northerly line of Main Bayview Road,measured at right angles 1 thereto, and said westerly line of "Summit Drive" being parallel with 'I and 450 feet westerly from the westerly line (or its extension sou- therly) of land of Frank Stelzer, measured at right angles thereto; 1 said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land con- veyed, or .about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part to Raymond Smith; from said point of beginning running westerly along 1 said northerly line of "Ed's Road," 75 feet; thence northerly parallel with said westerly line of "Summit Drive," 150 feet; thence easterly parallel with said northerly line of "Ed's Road," 75 feet; the last mentioned two courses being along land of the party of the first part; thence southerly along said land conveyed or about to be conveyed to 1 Smith and parallel with said westerly line of "Summit Drive, ' 150 feet to the point of beginning. I TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others, of a ( right of way 50 feet in width over said "Ed's Road" westerly from 11 ( the southeasterly corner of the premises to a proposed highway to be 1 - known as "Victoria Drive," and thence southerly over said "Victoria t� Drive" to Main Bayview Road. BEING the same premises conveyed by Edward Nidds, to George Macoun and Mary Macoun, his wife, by deed dated January 14, 1956, filed February 16, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Book 4071 Page 134.
