Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Charles A.
Gagen to Leo Rauch by dead dated March 27, 1964 and recorded
in the
of Deeds
Suffolk County Clork's Office on April 2, 1964 in Liber
at page 195.
SUBlII3CT, however, to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. That every dwelling house erected on said promises shall cost not
less than x710,000-00-
2. No fowl and/or animals other than the usual type of household pets
aro to be kept on said promises.
SUBJ3CT, however, to two mortgages hold by Southold Savings Bank
in the total amount of 413,500.00 (Libor 4367 mp 493; Liber 4417
mp 23) , which mortgages have a prosont unpaid principal balanco of
:x+13,341.33, together with interest theroon from lOr— , 1966.
The payment of the unpaid balance of the principal sum Of said mort-
gages is hereby assumed by the parties of the second part heroin, and
the said parties of the second part have executed and acknowledged
this instrument for the solo purpose of evidencing their assumption of
same.
