Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Charles A. Gagen to Leo Rauch by dead dated March 27, 1964 and recorded in the of Deeds Suffolk County Clork's Office on April 2, 1964 in Liber at page 195. SUBlII3CT, however, to the following covenants and restrictions: 1. That every dwelling house erected on said promises shall cost not less than x710,000-00- 2.
