at Bayview, in the mown of Sout'^old, County of Suffolk and State of '_.ew
York, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set at the southerly terminus of the south-
easterly line of a certain 50 foot road, hereinafter described, said
stake being, 515.0 feet southwesterly alonrr said southeasterly line from
it's intersection with the southwesterly line of Bayview Read; and runn
ing along lands formerly of Julius Zebroski, S. 320 57' 30" E.- 160.0
feet to a noint which is 10 feet, more or less, southeasterly from the
northwesterly edge of a dredged canal; thence on a line wiich is 10 fest,
more or lessb southeasterly from said northwesterly edge of said dredged
canal, S. 40 00' W..- 120.0 feet, thence on a line which is 10 feet,more
or less, southwesterl-r from the northeasterly edge of said dredged canal,
and the northeasterly edge of a proposed dredged canal, N. 270 ill 20"
W.- 164.60 feet; thence through ':aid proposed dredged canal and along
lands formerly of Julius Zebreski, Td. 25- 16' 10" E.- 100.0 feet t.0 a
stake set on the southwesterly line of said 50 foot road; thence along
said southwesterly line of said 50 foot road, S. 640 43' 50" E.- 25,0
feet to the point of beginning.
TOGMHER with a right of way over said SO foot road; the southeasterly
line of which is described as follows; Be[•inning at an iron sips set on
said southwesterly line of Bayview Road, said pine bein;, S. 59 01' 00"
E.- 22,9.50 feet along said southwesterly line from a concrete monument
set at a deflection point in said line; from said point of bepinning
running S. 250 16' 10" W,- 515.0 feet to a stake; said stake being the
point of beginning of the hereinabove described premises.
The northwesterly line of said 50 foot road is parallel with and 50
feet northwesterly from the above described southeasterly line, measured
at right angles thereto.
Being and intended to be a part of the premises and more particularly
described as Parcel I. in Deed given by Julius Zebroski to Elaine C.
Axien,, the party of the first part herein, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in liber 3329 cn 31.6 on February 11, 1952
