by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

THE grantee herein, Joan L. Grohoski, herebelow affixes her signa-
ture to this instrument evidencing her agreement to assume and pay
the existing mortgage on the premises described herein which was
made to the Southold Savings Bank by John W. Doyle and Helen Doyle,
a/k/a Helen B. Doyle, his wife, the grantors herein, dated 1-6-1961 -
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3560 at
page 431 on 1-9-1961 on which the present remaining principal balance
is $10,761.31 with interest paid to September 6, 1967.
