Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
COXyMOING at a point on the northerly side of Water View Drive,
which point is the intersection of the northerly line of Water View
Drive and the westerly line of Cedar Lane, being the southeasterly
corner of the premises herein described; running from said point of
beginning in a general northerly direction along the westerly line of
Cedar Lane 99 feet, more or less, to lands of Mooney; running thence.
in a general westerly direction along the lands of Mooney 185 feet,
more or less, to a point; thence still along the land of Mooney in a
general northwesterly direction 25 feet to a point; running thence in
a general southerly direction along other land of the seller a dis-
tance of 60 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of Water View
Drive; running thence in a general Easterly direction along the north-
erly line of Water View Drive 200 feet to the point or place of be-
ginning.
