Long Island Sound; thence along the said high water mark, on a tie

minutes 30 seconds West, 148.33 feet to the northerly side of Sound
View Avenue and thence North 71 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds West,
along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, 127.58 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

bluff for access to and from Soltld View Avenue to the beach by foot
