Lane; running thence South 9 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West along
the Westerly side of Bennett Lane 175.10 feet to a point; thence
4 North78 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West 120.94 feet to a point;
thence North 11 degrees 37 minutes 10 seconds East 175.0 feet to the
Southerly side of Custer Avenue; thence South 78 degrees 22 minutes
