An undivided one-half interest in and to:
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

County of Suffolk and State of New York, designated as Lot "D" on a map
of Indian Nock Park, scale 1" to 80" =do by Franklin F. Overton, M.E.
Surveyor, 1912, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May
27, 1913 and numbered 551, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the southeasterly side of a right of way
distant 64;3 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection
of a southeasterly side of said right of way and the easterly side of

a private road, said corner being distant southerly 1775 fact, more
or less, from Indian Neck Road as measured along the easterly side of
said private road; running thence from said point of beginning north

feet to a monument on the division line between Lots C and D on the
aforesaid map; thence the following two courses and distances along
said last mentioned division line: (1) South 120 13' 30" East 81 feet
to a monument; (2) South 410 29' 30" East 317.8 feet through two iron
pipes and a monument to the ordinary high water mark of Little Poconic
Bay; thence southwesterly along the ordinary high water mark of Little
Poconic Bay as measured by the following tie line coursos and distances
South 310 49' 40" Nast 79.32 feet to the division line between Lots D
and E on theaforesaid map; thence following two courses and distances
along the last mentioned division line: (1) North 400 28' 44" :Jest
339.$ feet through two monuments to a third monument; (2) North 110
12' 44" West 90.4 foot to the southeasterly side of the right of way
and the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the right of way over the one rod road laid out on said
map adjoining said lot on the northwesterly side thereof to and from
the private road two rods wide laid out on said map and which extends
from tho'Indian Neck Road to Little Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with a right of way to said Indian Nock Bay and to said
Indian Neck Road from said two rod road.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest in and to lands under
water or below high water mark of Little Peconic Bay opposite and con-
tiguous to the promises above described.
