BETWEEN RICHARD C. MUNSCHE and LU07LLE B. MUNSCHE, his wife, residing

partyofthefirstpart,and PAUL FORESTIERI and HELEN I. FORESTIERI, his wife,

ALL that certain plat,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingtot6x north of the Village of Southold in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly
bounded and described as follows;
BEGPIIdING at the southwesterly corner thereof at a monument set at
the point of intersection of the easterly side of Mill Creek Drive, a
Town Highway, with the northerly line of lands heretofore conveyed by
Henry J. Smith and described in deed by him to Francis X. Redmond and
Elizabeth Redmond, his wife, dated September 30, 1949 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerkts Office on August 12, 1954 in Liber 3740 of
deeds at page 171; running thence North le 20t East along the easterly
side of Mill Creek Drive 26.77 feet to a point; thence continuing
northerly along the easterly side of said Drive on the are of a circle
bearing to the left having a radius of 75 feet, the distance of 37.71
feet to a monument set on the southwesterly corner of land heretofore
conveyed by said Henry J. Smith and described in deed by him to Joseph
D. Zaiser and Ethel B. Zaiser, his wife, dated September 3, 1949 and
recorded in said Clerk's Office on September 6, 1949 in Liber 2989 of
deeds at page 50; running thence North 64' 001 00't East along the
southerly line of land last mentioned 148 feet, more or less, to the
ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoquo Pond; running thence in a

a general southerly direction along said ordinary high water mark to the
northerly line of the aforesaid land of Francis X. Redmond and
Elizabeth Redmond, his wife, the distance of said last mentioned
boundary as measured along a tie-line running Sogth 9° 07t 00" East,
being 111.8U, feet; running thence South 830 001 00" West along the
northerly line of the aforesaid lands of Redmond 144 feet, more or
loss, to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to Mill Creek Drive lying in front of
and adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part in and to the lands under the waters of
Arshamomoque Pond lying in front of and adjacent to said premises
and on the southerly end thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record effecting said
premises.
