and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point marked by on iron pipe on the boundary line
between the promises formerly of Margery D. Burns and land now or formerly
of Alexander Williams, said pipe being 157.44 foot northwesterly along
said boundary line from a monument on the northwesterly line of land
formerly of Jonathan Overton where said boundary line intersects said
land of Gvorton; said point of beginning being the point where the West-
erly lino of a 20 foot right of way known as Hilltop Path intersects said
boundary lino; from said point of beginning running along said westerly
-' line of Hilltop Path, South 25 degrees 10 minutes West, a distance of
100.0 feet to an iron pipe; running thence along land formerly of Margery
D. Burns, North 53 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds 'West, a distance of
38.11 feet; running thence along said land formerly of Margery D. Burns
and partly along land of Ole G. Carlson and wife and partly along land
of Hollahan, North 59 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of
112.50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence along land of Squeri, North
25 degrees 10 minutes East, a distance of 81.0 feet to a stake on said
boundary line between land formerly of Margery D. Bluets and land of
Williams; running thence along said boundary line and passing through an
iron pipe, South 64 degrees 50 minutes East, a distance of 149.25 feet
to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said Hilltop Path from the easterly
cornor of the premises southerly and then westerly about 435 feet to
another 20 foot right of way leading to Hortonts Lane; and thence south-
erly over said other 20 foot right of way about 210 feet to Horton's Lane.
TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with others, a private beach
lying between the boundary line of said land now or formerly of Margery
D. Burns and extending from Long Island Sound easterly about 200 feet to
another 20 foot right of way known as Sunset Path.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said Sunset Path across said land
formerly of Margery D. Burns.
Being and intended to be the same promises conveyed by Margery D. Burns
to Ole G. Carlson and Anna N. Carlson, his wife, by deod dated April 1�
1960 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkls Office � April 15, 1968
in Libor 4796 of Deeds at page 270. -
