WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,daes hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and beinglIK&K at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known as and by Lot No. 30 on a certain map entitled,
"Willow Point" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on 6/16 /66 as Map No. 4652, and bounded and described,
according to said map, as follows:
j BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Bay Home Road
distant 104.28 feet southeasterly when measured along the north-
easterly side of Bay Home Road from the extreme southeasterly end
of a curve connecting the northeasterly side of Bay Home Road with
the southeasterly side of Willow Point Road;
RUNNING THENCE north 52 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds east
145.71 feet;
THENCE south 36 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds east 105.00 feet;
THENCE south 52 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds west 145.25 feet
to the northeasterly side of Bay Home Road;
THENCE north 37 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds west along the
northeasterly side of Bay Home Road 105.00 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with the right in common with others owning lots in this
subdivision, to the use of a marina and beach area as shown on
said subdivision map.
