TOGETHER with all rights,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center Dnes thereof,
TOGETHER with the appon...t ces and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
The respective Interests of the parties of the second part are as follows:
the interest of Telesphore Wolaneki and Helen Wolanski, his Wife, shall be
that of joint tenants with the right of aurvivorship as between themselves
and Edward V. Faszozeweki; Edward V. Fassesewski shall have an undivided
one-half interest as ajoint tenant with the right of survivorship and
Teleaphore Wolonaki and Helen Wolanski, his wife, shall have an undivided
one-half interest as joint tenants with the right of survivorship. As
between themselves, Telesphore Wolonski and Helen Wolanski, his wife,
shall hold title to their interest as tenants by the entirety.
This conveyance is subject to a first mortgage now on the premises held
by Southold Savings Bank in the amount of *14,000.00, now reduced to
112,625.62 (Libor 4158 mp 517); the parties of the second part have eaecu 1
ted and acknowledged this instrument for the sole purpose of evidencing
their agreement to take title subject to and to assume the payment of the
unpaid balance of principal and interest of the aforesaid mortgage as so
