deeoribed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Tucker's Lane distant

thence north 66 degrees 37 minutes 20seconds west along the
northerly side of Tucker's Lane a distance of 150 feet to the
division line between lots 4 and 5 on said map; thence along said
division line, North 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds east a
distance of 200 feet to land now or formerly of Frederick R.
Manweiler; thence south 66 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds east along
last mentioned land 150 feet to land now or formerly of George and
Catherine Erath; thence south 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds
west along said last mentioned land 200 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to Donald E. Treharne by deed
dated May 17, 1966 from William 0. Williams and Philip
E. Mullen, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on May 18, 1966 in Liber 5959 of conveyances
at page 106.
