THIS INDENTURE,made the 28th day of July ,nineteen l andrecland - sixty-seven,

party of the first part,and
MAHION DICKERSON and LILLIAN B. DICKERSON, his wife, both 7
residing at Bayview Road (no number), Southold, New York,
Party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State o£ New York,
Village of Southold, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Southold, about one hundred and forty-nine (149) feet, more
or less;
Easterly by the Highway running southerly from the Main
Street, fifty-three (53) feet;
Southerly by land late of George S. Prince about one
hundred and forty (140) feet; and
Westerly by land of the said Methodist Episcopal Church.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by
Barbara H. Britten to Jean H. Tiedke, by deed dated the 12th
day of December, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on January 13, 1964 in Liber 5481 at page 401.
