THIS INDENTURE,made the 17th day of March vinMcen hundred and sixty-seven
BETWEEN THEODORE DOMURAT, residing at 83 Power House Road, Roslyn
Heights, New York, BENJAMIN DOMURAT, residing at 45 MacGregor Avenue,
Roslyn Heights, New York, and STANLEY DOMURAT, residing at 57 Garden
Street, Roslyn Heights, New York, doing business as DOMURAT BROS. ,
party of the first part,and STANLEY A. DOMURAT and MARY H. DOMURAT, his wife,
both residing at 52 Willow Street, Roslyn Heights, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first put,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certainplot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Sufi o' - in the State
of New York, particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Hickory Road, 200.0
feet southeasterly along said line from a concrete monument set at its
intersection ri.th the southeasterly line of Pine Road; and running
along said southwesterly line of Hickory fwad, South a2 dagrces 10
minutes 20 seconds East 100.0 feet; thence along land o,- the parties
of the first part, 3 courses as follows: (1) on a line at richt angles
to said southwesterly line, South 47 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds 11O st,
130.0 feet; thence (2) on a line parallel with said south,vFterl.y line,
North 42 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds Pest 100.0 feet; thence (3) cn a
line at right angles to said south-esterly line, North 47 Uogrees
minutes 40 seconds East, 130.0 feet to the noi.nt of bcgf.nni.ng.
Being a portion of the premises conveyed by ARTHUR -J. ,HAI-GJ, JR. to the
parties of the first part herein by deed dated February 20, 1953, and
recorded September 26, 1966, in Liber 6038 of Deeds, page 469, in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office,
