Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
Samuel S. Markel and Mary Katherine Markel, his wife, by deed dated
January 12, 1966, recorded in Liber 5895, page 364 of Conveyances on
\ January 17, 1966 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
