Lake Drive, North 74 degrees 00 minutes 'West, a distance of 60.0 foot to a point markod by a monument; running thence along the aasterly line of Lot No. 2 on said map, North 21 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 218.0 foot (and passing through a monument) to the northerly line of the existing bulkhead and the "Yacht Basin"; running thence along said northerly line of the existing bulkhead, South 78 degrees 57 minutes East, a distance of 59.73 feat to land of Block; running thence along said land of Plock, South 21 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 223.10 foot to the point or place of beginning.
