lying and being ixibe at Bayview, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as and by the lot
number 9, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Seaweed Acres,
Section One", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on June 26th, 1956, as map.number 2575.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to
the grantors herein by Seaweed Acres, Inc. by deed dated the
26th day of October, 1956 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on November 19, 1956 in Liber 4216 at page 241.
