lyingandbeing XMXK at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the northwesterly line of North
.Road, 264.70 feet northeasterly along said northwesterly line from
Lighthouse Road, from said point of beginning running along land of
the party of the first part, three courses:
(1) N. 28 degrees 53 minutes 40 seconds W.-376.83 feet to a
monument; thence
(2) N. 75 degrees 41 8linutes 10 seconds E.-179.81 feet to a
monument; thence
(3) S. 21 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds E.-317.39 feet to a
monument on said northwesterly line of North Road; thence along said
northwesterly line, S. 54 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds W.-135.52
feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.2314 acres.
Being a portion of property acquired by the parties of the
first part by executors deed of Richard P. Charles dated July 1, 1954
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerks Office in liber 3724 on page 185
on the thirteenth day of July, 1954.
