southwesterly corner of land of Harold E. Tuthill and wife and the southeasterly
corner of land formerly of James J. Gagen; from said point of beginning running
along said land of Charles Van Duser, North 23 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds
West 182.11 feet to a concrete monument; thence along said land of Harold E.

(1) On the direct extension easterly of the northerly boundary line of said
Charles.Van Duser, North 79 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East 126.93 feet;
thence
(2) North 62 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds East 61.99 feet; thence
(3) South 28 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East 150.0 feet to said northerly
line of Middle Road, thence westerly along said northerly line on a curve to the
right having a radius of 2259.01 feet, a distance of 200.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
