JE3INNING at a point on the southerly line of the Main Road at the
northwesterly corner of the promises horeinafter described and the north-
easterly corner of a certain 12 foot right of way, said point being
141.27 foot westerly along said southerly line of the Main Road from its
j intorsection with the westerly line of Hobart Avenue; .and from said
point of beginning running thence along the southerly line of the Main
Road North 76 degrees 46 minutes 30seconds East, 70 feet to land now
or formerly of Mullen; thence along said ]and South 16 degrees 08 minutes
00 seconds East, 108 foot; thence South 76 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds
West, 70.05 foot to the easterly line of the said 12 foot right of way;
thence along the same North 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds West, 108

BEGINNING.

created upon the southerly eight feet of said premises for a period of
20 years from the date hereof.
