WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

of New York, known and designated as and by the Lot $30 on a certain
map entitled "Mep of Terry 'Maters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk
�. County, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on December 29th, 1958 as flop #2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon 4Yaters-
edge Y:.ay, Lormview Lane, end Rambler Read for their entire distance as
shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said above mentioned
filed map. RESERVING however to the seller the title to the land in
said reads and the right to herself, her grantees and successors in
interest, to dedicate said roads as public roads, and to grant ease-
ments therein, for the construction and maintenance of public utilities.
RESERVING also to the Seller the right to change the location of said
--':ambler Road in any reasonable manner.
TOGET HME with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot #8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto to
the extent of 80 feet, more or less, being the northerly 80 feet of
the parcel designated on said filed map as "Community Park and Beach
(residents only)".
TOGETHER with the right to use in Lemon with other lot owners (said
right being onl-. for the benefit of the above described premises) for
bathing and rec-aational purposes, the southerly 300 feet, more or
less, of the parcel desijnatedon the above mentioned filed map as
"Community Park and Beach (residents only)". RESERVING however to
the seller the right to change the location of the northerly boundary
thereof as hereinabove provided..

BEING part of sane premises described in deed made by Howard M. Terry,
at al. to Helen G. Cochran, dated March 20th, 1956, recorded March
21st, 1956, in Liber 4086.cp 269., the said Helen G. Cochran being the
same person as the grantor herein.
