partly by other property of Tennis S. Bergen, and partly by land
late of Samuel L. Bennett a distance of 75 feet; and thence Easterly
by land of Sidney Howell, a distance of 173 ft.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Laurence E.
Hoyt and Margaret H. Hoyt, his wife, to Joseph S. Czartosieski and
Theodora A. Czartosieski, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by
deed dated the 27th day of March, 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office on March 31, 1953 in Liber 3493 at page 566.
SUBJECT to a mortgage made by Joseph S. Czartosieski and Theodora A.
Czartosieski, his wife, in the original amount of $12,300 to the
Southold Savings Bank, dated 3-27-53 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office. _
