County of Suffolk and State of Now York, bounded Northerly partly by
land formerly of Martha A. :Jells and partly by land of Edwin H. Brown;
Easterly by land of Helen B. Case; Southerly by North Bayview Road; and
Westerly by land of John Plook, said premises containing four (4) acres,,
be the same more or loss.
PARCEL TWO:
ALL that certain tract, or parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Great Hog Neck or Bay View, near Southold, in the Torn of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, boundod Northerly by North
Bayviow Road; Easterly by land of Helen B. Case; Southerly by land of
Jerry J. Callis tt• and Westerly by land of John Plock, said promises
containing two l2) acres, be the same more or less.
Said premises being and intended to be the same promises conveyed
by Robert G. Overton, widower, to Alexandor Komskis and Anna B. Komskis,
his wife, by deed dated June 30, 1938 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 19, 1938 in Liber 1961 of Deeds at page 308, the
said Alexander Komskis having died a resident of Southold, Suffolk
County, Now York, on March 21, 1965, survived by his wife, Anna B.
Komskis, the grantor heroin.
